Mosaic is a cash-pay practice. We believe care should be sustainable and inclusive, so we offer a limited number of Community Impact Slots for those facing significant financial hardship. Our full-fee slots allow us to maintain these lower-cost options for the community.Counseling Sessions
Full Fee: $150
Community Impact Rate: $75Comprehensive Evaluations
Includes ADHD, Autism, or combined AuDHD diagnostic profiles and other co-occurring conditions. This typically involves 3–4 sessions covering the intake, assessment, results, and next steps.

To keep our initial free 20-minute consultation focused on clinical fit, we handle the financial details in two simple steps:Consult: We meet to ensure Mosaic is the right fit for your needs and discuss current availability for community impact slots.Confirm: We’ll confirm your rate and provide a Good Faith Estimate of all costs before your first appointment.Insurance & Superbills

Support Team
Our administrative Support Team handles the logistical "road map" for Mosaic. They are your first point of contact, dedicated to ensuring that scheduling, portal navigation, and the entire onboarding process are clear, accessible, and low-pressure.Lead Clinician
Tae Colbert(she/her), Ed.S., MA, LCMHC, NCSP, is the Clinical Lead at Mosaic. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified School Psychologist who bridges the gap between comprehensive evaluations and direct clinical support. Her approach is grounded in Bioecological Theory, focusing on how an individual's entire environment including family dynamics, systemic barriers, and social hierarchies impacts their well-being. By utilizing a decolonizing, narrative, and person-centered lens, Tae helps clients navigate the ways they have used camouflaging to survive different systems, supporting them towards a more authentic and manageable way of living. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology from the University of the Pacific.
